So we would report 24hrs after knowledge of the third case?

45:56
this does not apply to schools reporting cases to parents, just the SPOT intake form correct?

46:04
Can you add the PP to the chat please.

46:08
Correct

46:26
We will send out the PP to all liaisons :)

46:30
The slides will be sent out to everyone after the meeting

46:34
This is SPOT reporting (which is PH reporting), which is different then notifications

46:47
thank you!

46:52
we will review notification too

49:09
for a middle or high school student, does this mean we need to monitor the number of cases in each of their 6-8 courses/classes and their extra curricular activities?

49:16
This starts Monday?

50:11
So we no longer report individual case? only outbreaks? If we have 3 or more cases in a grade?

51:16
Indoor athletics only, correct?

51:26
I apologize for late arrival - another meeting carried over. I have a different county contract closeout meeting today at 130p - going forward I should have fewer meeting conflicts!

51:51
No problem Meredith, we record the meetings :)

51:52
Can you share this deck with us following the meeting so that we can review?

52:41
mkiernan@cccoe.k12.ca.us

53:01
If you need any info or are not on Liaison Meeitng emails

53:33
If we are still catching up on reporting cases from the past few weeks, should we stop reporting old cases then?

54:02
If you have capacity please report old outbreaks as catch up

54:14
no need to report individual cases

58:21
Do we have to report any cases after the 3rd case?

59:04
If 3 or more cases we do then want case information, as Jane is showing

01:01:05
Why only one classroom for a high school student when the student is likely in multiple classrooms?

01:01:30
If it is easier to report individual cases can we do that?

01:01:36
If it is a sports outbreak do you want us to put the sport under classroom?

01:03:10
If the middle schooler/high schooler is positive and given 7 periods in a day- could it end up being multiple outbreak reports if each room has multiple students?

01:04:00
So we do not report cases 1 & 2 until the 3rd case occurs in the same class by filing it as an outbreak. Correct?

01:04:57
is there a difference in reporting for preschools vs k-12 schools, or do they also only report 3 or more case outbreaks?

01:05:57
yes, outbreak reporting is the same for preschools and K-12 schools

01:06:09
thank you

01:09:24
Hi, I'm sorry if I am just missing this but if staff is reporting 1 or 2 cases which would be individual reporting. But then if it increases to 3 or more then an outbreak would be reported, does that lead to overlapping reporting?

01:10:47
got it, thanks!

01:20:21
Can you please clarify, so a testing for modified quarantine is not required?

01:21:01
Ans testing for group tracing is only recommended? not required?

01:23:09
For staff who are unvaccinated and being tested weekly per the State mandate, can they use either an antigen or PCR for their weekly test?

01:23:29
Yes, either PCR or antigen is fine

01:25:06
Thank you!

01:25:29
Question: If there is an exposure in a class, do those students who have tested positive with a rapid test for a separate case within 90 days need to retest?

01:26:22
Question: Since adults are no longer being considered fully vaccinated without a booster, will the county be making boosters required for school staff members?

01:27:09
Anecdotally, I’ve seen (2) cases of people that have recovered with a negative antigen test one day, only to have a faint band on the antigen test the next day.
